 Anti-Bullying Writing Contest – Entries due October 16, 2012

Each language teacher that wishes to participate will select ten (10) student written poems for submission to the First Annual GMS Anti-Bullying Writing Contest.

Poetry ideas:
Bullying awareness

Anti-bullying

The voice of someone who was or is being bullied

How to stop bullying

A time when you were bullied

A time when you were being a bully

Internet/FB Bullying

What is bullying?

First, second, third and honorable mention will be awarded.

Fifth and sixth grade will be judged together.

Seventh and eighth grade will be judged together.

Prizes: The students that have writing selected for the competition will receive an automatic “dress down” day! The winners will receive a “dress down” day and a prize yet to be decided. (Open to suggestions)
